Acceptance

We, the team manager and assistant team manager of the team, on behalf of my team members; all players are to be registered online at http://www.goalarena.sg, hereinafter in consideration of the invitation by Goal Arena Pte Ltd to participate in the Goal Arena Football League, hereby confirm our team’s participation in Goal Arena Football League, and our acceptance of the League Organizer’s Rules and Regulations, which we have read and fully understand; instruct the League Organizer to consider us as the Prime Contacts (Team Manager/Assistant Team Manager) for our team with respect to the tournament. We confirm that we are aware of our obligations as Prime Contacts (Team Manager/Assistant Team Manager) as set out in the League Organizer’s Rules and Regulations. We are also aware that our resignation (either collectively or individually) as Prime Contacts (Team Manager/Assistant Team Manager) for our team, before or during the course of the tournament, would only take effect upon the League Organizer’s receipt of the “Change of Team Managers” form (such form being available from the League organizer upon request) duly signed by the new team managers for our team; undertake (on a joint and several basis) to pay the fees, in a timely fashion in accordance with the payment schedule set by the League Organizer. We are aware of the recourse (as set out in the League Organizer’s Rules and Regulations) against us (individually or collectively) in the event we default in making such payment; agree that individuals taking part in the league do so at their own risks and I will not make any claims against Goal Arena Pte Ltd or any of its officials or agents, for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of or in connection with any injury sustained or death; act upon instructions coming from any of the designated contacts of the League Organizer with regards to any matter on team’s participation in the league; This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore laws.
